Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Service and Sales Representative for the West Lawn, PA location inside Giant Food Market. The role is full-time, on-site, with rotating Saturday shifts.

You will build member relationships, open consumer, business, and IRA accounts, assist with loan applications, and provide notary and signature guarantees training provided. A strong focus on delivering exceptional member service and meeting sales goals will be part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 1–3 years of experience preferred, 3–5 years considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and serve as the first point of contact for members.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts.
• Support loan application intake, including mortgages.
• Resolve account questions and escalations.
• Recommend products aligned to member needs.
• Support branch operations (teller/MSR coverage, transactions).
• Provide notary and signature guarantee services (training provided)
