Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union in West Lawn, PA, is seeking a Service and Sales Representative (SSR) to be the primary contact for members, open consumer, business, and IRA accounts, and assist with loan applications including mortgages.

This full-time, on-site role operates Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:30PM with rotating Saturdays, at West Lawn inside the Giant Food Market, with coverage to Reading branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 1–3 years in a similar role, 3–5 years considered in lieu of a degree.
• Notary license must be obtained within 1 year.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and serve as the first point of contact for members.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts.
• Support loan application intake (including mortgages).
• Resolve account questions and escalations.
• Recommend products aligned to member needs.
• Support branch operations (teller/MSR coverage, transactions, etc.).
• Provide notary and signature guarantee services (training provided).
