Member Service Representative ( Remote )
As a Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members and customers. Your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and assist our members with any questions or concerns they may have. You will also help to identify areas for improvement in our products and services and work closely with our team to drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat
\- Assist members with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
\- Keep accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions
\- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate team
\- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall member experience
\- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes to provide the best support to our members
Requirements:
\- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related industry
\- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
\- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
\- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
\- Proficient in using various computer applications and systems
\- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
\- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and services
\- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
