S3 is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), owned by credit unions, supporting their operations and delivering world-class service to credit union members for their financial needs.

The Member Service Representative will be part of our remote Contact Center team, handling calls to assist with membership, banking products, services, and rates, aiming to exceed member expectations. Location: Remote

Top Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer calls, utilizing knowledge of credit union products and systems to assist members and non-members.
  2. Complete verification, review accounts, communicate policies, and coordinate with management to resolve issues remotely.
  3. Specialize in digital, cards, or loans-related queues and process transactions.

Other Responsibilities and Opportunities

  • Correspond with other departments via email for additional requests or research.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred: 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Remote work experience with dual monitors is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a structured, procedure-driven role.
