What You’ll Do

As aMember Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys:

• Provide exceptional customer service:Assist members with their financial needs and answer inquiries about products and services.
• Process transactions accurately:Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell products and services:Educate members on Trumark’s offerings and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals.
• Resolve member issues:Address concerns and find effective resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain operational excellence:Ensure cash drawers are balanced, transactions are completed efficiently, and records are kept organized.

What You Bring to the Table

Education:High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred.
Experience:1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.
Skills:Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in technology. A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset are essential.
Availability:Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, may be required.
