Job summary

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking a bilingual Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our team. You will assist members with opening accounts, IRAs, loan applications, and setting up automated services while delivering outstanding service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the MSR will identify solutions that meet members' financial goals, promote referral opportunities, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• 3–5 years of credit union teller/customer service or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher required, associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening new accounts and IRAs.
• Process loan applications and set up automated services.
• Consult members on products/services to meet their financial goals.
• Promote referrals to enhance member relationships.
• Maintain attentive, friendly, and professional demeanor; effective communication in writing and speech.

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced bilingual Member Service Representative (MSR) who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Branch Manager.

The ideal candidate:

• Able to assist our members achieve their financial goals by identifying the best product and service solutions to meet their needs.
• Able to consult members about: opening new accounts, IRAs, loan application processing, setting up automated services; and other member service requests.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to exceed a strong customer services experience
• Strong member service experience
• Ability to promote and identify referral opportunities to enhance member relationship.
• Must be a motivated individual who is friendly and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel.
• Proficient in written/oral communication.
• Dependable, adaptable/flexible, detail oriented
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
