Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an experienced Member Service Representative (MSR) to join a fast-paced team reporting to the Branch Manager. You will assist members with account openings, IRAs, loan applications, and automated services while identifying solutions to meet financial goals.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and teamwork. A high school diploma or higher is preferred, with 3–5 years of teller or related experience.

Formación

• High school diploma, associate degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of credit union teller or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members in achieving financial goals by identifying product and service solutions.
• Consult on opening accounts, IRAs, loan applications, and automated services.
• Promote referrals to strengthen member relationships.
