Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Michigan is seeking an energetic front desk agent to welcome members, check in guests, and support day-to-day operations at our Ypsilanti location. This part-time role offers opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.

You will generate member referrals, schedule gym tours, inform about memberships, and maintain accurate records using our club systems. A willingness to engage with members and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
