Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Ohio is seeking a front desk agent to welcome members, sign up new members, and provide friendly service. You will handle check-ins, tours, and inquiries while promoting memberships and maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment.

The role is part-time with shifts including mornings, evenings, 4-hour blocks, and 8-hour shifts, in person at our Ohio location. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced gym setting, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
