Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk agent to greet members, answer questions, and help drive membership sales. The role emphasizes a welcoming check-in experience, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork in a fast-paced gym environment.

You will generate appointments, conduct gym tours, and inform members about membership services and equipment while maintaining facility cleanliness and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure cleanliness of the facility.
