Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk agent to join our Cincinnati team. You will greet members, check them in, answer questions, and deliver a welcoming service experience to all visitors.

You will generate appointments through referrals, gym tours, demonstrations, and phone outreach. You’ll enroll new members, maintain service records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, and help keep the facility clean and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
