Job summary

Liberty FCU is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative/Teller for our Veteran's Parkway Office in Murfreesboro, TN. The MSR will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and shared branching with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years cash handling experience, and flexibility to travel to other offices. Prior banking experience is a plus. Training may occur in Evansville, IN with travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel to other office locations when needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and do some heavy lifting.
• Must have 1-2 years of cash handling experience.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Member Service Representative (MSR) and handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Identify potential fraud and uphold confidentiality and security.
• Balance cash drawer and support branch goals and initiatives.
• Assist with processing night drops and balancing branch cash machines.
• Help members access safe deposit boxes and answer inquiries.
