Job summary

YMCA of Northern Rock County in Milton, WI is seeking a part-time Member Service Rep to welcome members, provide information and assist with registrations.

You will support daily front-desk operations, process membership and program registrations, and help create a welcoming, organized environment for guests and staff. Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts are required, with benefits including free membership, discounts, and retirement after two years.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and administrative experience or education in business administration, preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently, and problem solve.
• Knowledge of computers, telephones, navigate software, basic office equipment, cash handling and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
