Job summary

Glacial Community YMCA in Watertown, WI is seeking a Part-time Member Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service at the front desk and support membership and program registrations.

CURRENT SHIFTS NEEDED:

• Rotating Sunday 9:45am-2:00pm
• Rotating Saturday 11am - 4pm
• Fridays 5 pm - 8 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years customer service and administrative experience or education in business administration, preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently, and problem solve.
• Strong knowledge of computers, telephones, navigate software, basic office equipment, cash handling and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days: Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication.
• Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
