Responsibilities

• Member Experience & Service: Greet members enthusiastically, model the team culture, and act as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and ITM technology.
• Relationship Building & Growth: Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products, courtesy calls, and meeting sales targets.
• Internal Partnerships & CRM Management: Collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and accurately record all member interactions in the CRM.
• Training & Onboarding: Serve as the lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires within the Financial Center, providing regional support as needed.
• Operations & Compliance: Perform account servicing and file maintenance while adhering to policies, risk controls, and regulatory standards.
• Community Engagement: Demonstrate active involvement within the local community.
