Heritage Family Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative I (Credit Union Teller) for the Londonderry, VT area. The role emphasizes delivering a world-class member experience through accurate transactions and friendly service in a fast-paced retail banking setting.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries while balancing cash and maintaining knowledge of products.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Experience in a financial institution, retail, or customer service role preferred.
• Standing for long periods may be required in a branch environment.
• Ability to learn and use branch software and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a friendly, professional manner to deliver a world-class experience.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies with accuracy.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions.
• Assist with drive-up station, opening/closing the branch, and alarm procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
