Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule MSRs and ensure branch is properly staffed; promote quality member service.
• Assist members; cover cash drawers during lunch/peak periods; handle complaints.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, supervision and evaluations; lead branch huddles/meetings.
• Maintain branch cash control; schedule and perform cash counts and vault audits.
• Balance MSR cash drawers; locate outages; apply over/short policies; correct deposits.
• Monitor CTR and BSA compliance; ensure proper procedures.
• Approve checks over MSR limits; provide overrides with sound judgment.
• Implement policy changes and ensure MSR compliance.
• Coach MSRs; support product knowledge and performance goals.
• Delegate and monitor audits; support management in audits.
• Distribute MSR back office duties; manage time effectively.
• Participate in AML/BSA training; perform OFAC checks as required.
• Provide managerial oversight of staff and deliverables.
• Model leadership; foster a positive, trustworthy work environment.
• Performance management of staff; provide feedback and coaching.
• Consult with HR on issues outside normal performance scope.
• Monitor schedules and timesheets; ensure meals/rest breaks and coverage.
