Job summary

Air Academy Credit Union in Parker, CO seeks a Northern Member Service Representative-2 to assist members with everyday banking and guide them through loans and account services. You’ll play a key role in helping members move through financial decisions with clear explanations.

The role emphasizes lending knowledge, account servicing, and digital banking tools, along with supporting daily branch operations and community events. This is a full-time position with Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in finance, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Cash handling and accurate financial transactions.
• Ability to learn and use credit union systems and digital banking tools.
• Ability to educate members and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Willingness to work branch hours including Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with everyday transactions and more complex needs.
• Open personal accounts (excluding IRA/HSA, organizational, business, fiduciary).
• Guide members through consumer loans from application to closing.
• Perform loan maintenance and payoff information; review loans for other branches.
• Assist with ACH and wire needs, including origination and stop payments.
• Handle debit card questions and manage lost or stolen cards; issue cards as needed.
• Oversee branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager; ensure compliance with policies.
