Job summary

Bellco Credit Union in Parker, CO is seeking a Member Service Advisor III to process transactions and provide exceptional service in lobby and drive-up. You will open new accounts, support and close loans, and deepen member relationships by recommending Bellco products.

The role requires a High School diploma and 1 year of sales or customer service experience; six months teller experience is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months teller experience or equivalent cash handling, and/or customer service.
• One year of sales or customer service experience preferred; lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bellco’s Act Nice Behaviors and Core Values in all interactions with members.
• Communicates with members in a positive manner, through exceptional service in person and by telephone.
• Understands and communicates key features and benefits of Bellco products and services to members.
• Opens and maintains personal accounts for potential and existing members following procedures.
• Precisely and confidently processes international and domestic wire transfers for members.
