Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and account activities across locations.
• Provide accurate information and support to members via in-branch, call center, and remote channels.
• Open new accounts and assist with memberships and service requests.
• Balance end-of-day transactions and maintain records in accordance with policies.
• Participate in training and stay current on MCCU policies and promotions.
• Uphold MCCU culture and provide exceptional service to members.
