Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a to join our Greater Cleveland team at the front desk to support member services. You will process payments, enroll program participants, maintain records, and greet members with YMCA hospitality.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, people‑oriented environment. This role offers opportunities to grow with a mission-driven community organization.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Cash management experience.
• Organized and able to follow directions.

• Ability to perform multiple tasks in diverse situations successfully.
• Computer and keyboarding experience.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and maintain balanced cash drawer and receipting according to procedures.
• Inform supervisor and co-workers of any dilemmas, concerns, and updates.
• Complete and accurate data entry and record maintenance for new members, renewals, program participants and guests. Systems training will be provided.
• Maintenance of all member resource information at front desk.
• Keep front desk and lobby area neat, clean and professional.
• Greet members and visitors according to YMCA guidelines.
