Redwood Credit Union in Napa, California is hiring a part-time Member Service Center Representative to join our on-site team. This role works 24 to 25 hours per week in the Member Service Center, handling routine and specialized telephone requests and back-office tasks.

You will answer member calls, complete phone transactions, share lending and membership information, research and resolve member issues, and provide basic support for online and mobile banking.

Redwood Credit Union is hiring a part-time Member Service Center Representative for its Napa, California location.

This on-site role works 24 to 25 hours per week in the Member Service Center, handling routine and specialized telephone requests and back-office work. Responsibilities include answering member calls, completing phone transactions, sharing lending and membership information, researching and resolving member issues, and providing basic support for online and mobile banking.

The base pay range is $24.00 to $31.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid time off plus holidays, and an employee performance incentive plan.
