SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III) in California. You will deliver World Class member service, provide consultative guidance on credit union products, and handle transactions across savings, loans, and memberships.

The role emphasizes opening new memberships, processing loan requests, and performing account research while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License required (if not already licensed, training/licensing will be required).
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsabilités

• Provide World Class member service at branch/service center locations.
• Explain and promote credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Process transactions across savings, loans, and membership services.
• Open new memberships, accounts, and loan requests; fund loans as needed.
• Perform account research and documentation per procedures; assist as branch liaison as needed.
