SchoolsFirst FCU in California is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III) to deliver World Class service at our branch locations. You will promote products, handle transactions, and guide members through account and loan options with a consultative approach.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of related experience, and a notary license (or training). DMV pull program experience may be needed depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License required (if not already licensed, completing notary training and licensing will be required).
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsabilités

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processes transactions in savings, consumer loans, real estate loans and auxiliary credit union services.
• Delivers face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance and provides consultative services.
