SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in California is looking for a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) to deliver world‑class service at our branch and promote credit union products. The role handles daily transactions in savings and loans while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of experience, and a Notary License; completion of notary training may be required. 30 hours per week, with pay within the posted range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License (if not already licensed, completing notary training and licensing will be required).
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsabilités

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Performs file maintenance such as address changes, check orders, and ordering ATM cards.
• Adheres to regulatory compliance and completes training requirements.
