Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III) to deliver World Class service at our Los Angeles area branches. You will advise Members on credit union products, process transactions across savings and loan services, and help with new memberships and loans.

Notary license is required if not already held; related experience is valued. Your role supports member needs with consultative service, accurate documentation, and collaboration with support departments to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License (if not already licensed, completing notary training and licensing will be required).

Responsibilities

• Provide World Class member service to Members visiting branch/service centers.
• Promote credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Process transactions in savings, consumer loans and real estate loans.
• Deliver face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Open new Memberships, share accounts, savings services and loan requests.
• Perform research on accounts and resolve member account problems.
• Complete documentation for accounts and loans per procedures.
