Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III) to deliver world-class service at our branch locations. You will promote credit union products, process savings, loan and membership transactions, and help Members meet their financial goals while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and may require Notary licensing plus CA DMV pull program involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License (if not already licensed, completing notary training and licensing will be required)
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment

Responsibilities

• Delivers world-class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Processes new Memberships, accounts, loans, and related documentation.
• Gathers and shares information to promote credit union products and services.
• Maintains and balances cash and negotiables; may support other departments.
• Completes documentation for accounts and loans according to procedures.
