Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service experience in Financial Services or Retail required.
• 6+ months sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service with accurate transactions and account maintenance.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering products across deposit, lending, cards, investments, and business banking.
• Follow safety and regulatory policies including BSA and CFPB.
