Job summary

Bellco Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Advisor III to handle a variety of financial transactions and member services in both lobby and drive-up, delivering exceptional service while promoting Bellco products and services.

The role opens and maintains member accounts, processes wire transfers and loan applications, supports IRA/HSA transactions, and refers opportunities to the appropriate team to deepen member relationships.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Six months teller or cash handling and/or customer service experience; lending experience preferred.
• Notary services ability is a plus.
• Office environment with varied hours; travel between locations may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bellco’s values and provides exceptional member service in person and by phone.
• Opens and maintains personal member accounts following procedures.
• Accurately processes wire transfers for members within guidelines.
• Submits unsecured lending applications and analyzes credit reports to identify needs and opportunities.
• Assists with and closes loans for members and referrals to appropriate teams.
