Job summary

Bellco Credit Union in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Member Service Advisor II Floater to process financial transactions and provide exceptional member service in the lobby and drive-up.

You will open new accounts, explain Bellco products, and refer members to the appropriate team. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred and you will support branch goals and assist other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months teller or cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bellco's core values in all member interactions.
• Communicates with members in person and by phone delivering exceptional service.
• Explains features/benefits of Bellco products and services and refers to appropriate staff.
• Complies with federal/state regulations, branch procedures and audit standards.
• Opens and maintains personal accounts for members per procedures.
• Processes IRA, HSA and Coverdell accounts and wire transfers.
• Handles non-lending service transactions and account maintenance.
