Job summary

Bellco Credit Union in Greeley, CO is seeking a Member Service Advisor III to provide exceptional member service both in the lobby and drive-up. You will handle transactions, open accounts, and assist with loan applications, benefiting from Bellco's range of products.

The role emphasizes sales opportunities, product knowledge, and accurate data entry, with potential for Notary service, and bilingual Spanish support preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months teller experience or equivalent cash handling, and/or customer service.
• One year of sales or customer service experience preferred, six months or more experience with Bellco or in financial services preferred.
• Lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes a variety of financial transactions and member services in lobby and drive-up.
• Establishes new accounts for potential and existing members and closes loans.
• Demonstrates Bellco products and services to deepen member relationships.
• Performs non-lending service transactions and account maintenance.
• Opens and maintains personal accounts for members; completes IRA, HSA and Coverdell account openings.
