Job summary

Bellco Credit Union – Longmont Branch is seeking a Member Service Advisor III to process transactions, open accounts, and assist members with loans while delivering exceptional service. The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires strong communication and a willingness to sell Bellco products.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 6 months teller or related experience; Spanish language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and update member financial records.
• Ability to identify needs and sell appropriate products and services.
• Ability to obtain and perform Notary services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and open new member accounts and manage transactions.
• Process a variety of financial transactions in lobby and drive-up with accuracy and professionalism.
• Submit loan applications, support and close loans for members.
• Provide excellent member service and deepen member relationships by cross-selling products.
