Job summary

Bellco Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Advisor II Floater who will handle in-branch and drive-up transactions while delivering exceptional member service. The role requires knowledge of products and services, and establishing new accounts for members.

Experience includes six months teller or cash handling and excellent communication. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred; travel to other locations may be necessary. Bellco offers robust benefits to employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months teller experience or equivalent cash handling, and/or customer service.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes a variety of financial transactions and member services in the lobby and drive-up with accuracy.
• Establishes new accounts for potential and existing members.
• Opens and maintains personal accounts following procedures; completes IRA, HSA and Coverdell accounts.
