Responsibilities

• Engage member interactions as sales opportunities, uncovering financial needs and recommending products.
• Proactively identify sales leads through daily member interactions, referrals, outreach, and account reviews.
• Use member data to target and promote relevant products (e.g., auto loans, mortgages).
• Participate in marketing initiatives and support branch-wide sales goals.
• Service and build relationships with existing accounts, delivering exceptional service while cross-selling products.
• Assist members with account openings, virtual branch referrals, and product setup for a seamless start.
• Execute teller transactions with accuracy and identify additional member needs.
• Respond to questions in person, by phone/text, or email to reinforce trust.
• Collaborate with other departments to support a high-energy, sales‑driven environment.
