Job summary

InTouch Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to act as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union, providing a consultative financial experience both in-person and virtually. You will engage with members to identify their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that address both immediate and long-term goals.

The role focuses on deepening member relationships and expanding wallet share, positioning ITCU as a digital-first financial partner

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Experience in a financial institution is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus.
• All offers for employment are contingent upon credit check, pre-employment drug screen and fingerprints.
