• Processes member transactions accurately and efficiently. Responds to member inquiries and requests.
• Acts in-branch greeter program to ensure positive member experiences and supports adoption of member-facing technologies such as ITMs and digital services.
• Cross-sells credit union products to meet members' financial needs and offers appropriate services.
• Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals; investigates and resolves discrepancies.
