Job summary

PostCity Financial Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Relationship Representative to join our branch team and deliver a first-class member experience. You will handle teller transactions, account maintenance, lending support, and relationship development while upholding our core values of service, integrity, convenience and community.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years member services experience in a credit union or financial institution is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing business correspondence.
Ability to work 32+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver a first-class member experience by welcoming members and building genuine relationships.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
Open, maintain, and close member accounts with complete documentation and compliance.
Assist in online and mobile banking support, including password resets and troubleshooting.
