Copper State Credit Union is hiring a seasoned branch professional in Phoenix to manage member relationships across lobby, drive-thru, and phone channels. You will open and maintain consumer and special accounts, promote products, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with consumer accounts and/or financial consultation and sales/service.
• Education equivalent to a four-year high school education; GED accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability by acquiring new memberships and deepening existing relationships.
• Act as trusted consultant, cross-selling products and referring to partners including lending and advisors.
• Serve as account opening expert; guide setup and access for members.
• Maintain regular contact with members to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of digital banking, cards, loans, and payments.
• Manage sales, referrals, and service needs through proper channels and track outcomes.
• Lead campaigns and collaborate on product/service initiatives with the team.
• Process wires and provide Notary service; handle account maintenance tasks.
• Oversee fraud transfers and deceased member notifications; conduct research as needed.
• Assist with Business Accounts training and shadow select consultations.
