Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union in Prescott Valley is seeking a Personal Banker to help members improve their financial well-being. You will open accounts, learn their needs, and recommend OneAZ products while delivering friendly, proactive service.

Based at 7111 Pav Way, you’ll build relationships in the community, handle teller transactions, support online and mobile banking, and work with loan specialists to guide members from application to funding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
• One to three years' related experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role.
• One year of cash handling preferred, ideally at a financial institution.
• Strong relationship-building and client-focused sales skills.
• Excellent verbal, phone, email, internet, and writing skills.
• A passion for people, innovation, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and provide trusted banking advice.
• Develop knowledge of OneAZ's goals, branch operations, products, and campaigns.
• Open accounts and identify OneAZ products and solutions.
• Onboard new members by opening accounts and facilitating loans.
• Build community presence by attending events and activities.
• Analyze member financial information and profiles.
• Assist with loan applications and closings.
• Support members' banking via internet, mobile, branch, and ATM channels.
• Expand customer base through outreach to existing and prospective members.
• Conduct teller activity and transactions as needed.
