Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to deliver outstanding service and support members with their financial needs. You will handle transactions, open accounts, and help members navigate lending options while upholding our values and compliance standards.

In this role you will build trusted relationships, work with branch teams and partners to meet sales goals, and represent Navigant at community events, providing a high-touch experience for our members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use MS Word/Excel/Outlook and banking software.
• Willingness to travel within the credit union's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, phone, and online with transactions.
• Cross-sell accounts and consumer lending products to meet needs.
• Support loan applications, docs, and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, risk controls, and policies.
• Collaborate with branch teams to grow member relationships.
• Act as a Navigant ambassador at community events.
