Job summary

WECU’s Ferndale branch is seeking a Relationship Officer to handle a range of member transactions, open accounts, and promote credit union products. The role requires engaging with members to understand needs, advise on solutions, and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Availability for rotating Saturday shifts is required. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1 year of service consultant experience or 3 years of sales experience, and a Notary Public license may

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience as WECU Service Consultant or 3 years customer-facing sales experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Possess and/or obtain a Notary Public License.

• Assess member needs and recommend tailored product solutions to maximize value.
• Achieve sales targets following WECU’s sales strategy.
• Build trust and engagement with members and maintain ongoing communications.
