Job summary

WSECU is seeking a Member Consultant to join our Thurston County branches. You will perform lending, account opening, and teller duties, while driving sales and service goals and keeping member interests first. You will build strong member relationships and tailor solutions to individual journeys.

Starting roles include MC I and MC II, with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. This role can be part-time with 20–34 hours weekly and requires availability Monday–Saturday in a supportive

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution or retail/service-related position.
• Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must be willing to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, fingerprinting and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform all branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and teller services.
• Meet sales and service goals while prioritizing the member's best interests.
• Build and nurture relationships with members and understand their journey to offer appropriate solutions.
