WECU's Ferndale Branch is seeking a Relationship Officer in Ferndale, WA. You will handle member transactions, advise on products, and work to meet sales goals while delivering excellent service, including Notary Public tasks when needed.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, loans, and other transactions, while building lasting relationships with members and providing tailored financial guidance. Availability for a rotating Saturday shift is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year experience as a WECU Service Consultant or 3 years customer-facing sales experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus; Notary Public License is a plus or required.
• Provide and maintain service excellence, cross-sell products, and meet sales goals.

Mansioni

• Assess member needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by following WECU’s sales strategy and track referrals.
• Build trust with members and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Process a wide variety of member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Provide Notary Public services and account origination/maintenance for consumers and businesses.
