Job summary

The American Museum of Natural History in New York seeks a full-time Member Relations Associate to provide exceptional customer service to members, donors, and prospective members by phone, email, and in person. Responsibilities include updating records in Raiser's Edge and Tessitura, processing ticketing requests and member benefits, and supporting donor events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with database management or the ability to leverage computer skills in support of relevant database management processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from current, lapsed, and prospective members by addressing inquiries about member benefits, tickets, and general Museum information.
• Update member and donor records in Raiser’s Edge and Tessitura; train staff in Tessitura ticketing and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Member Relations team including mailings and data entry while ensuring accuracy per Museum policies.
