Job summary

MRA - The Management Association in Wisconsin seeks a Member Relations Advisor to connect members with MRA's services, develop partnerships, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will travel to member locations and events, nurture relationships, and support membership growth across the assigned territory including Waukesha, La Crosse, Eau Claire and Wausau. Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years' related experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in customer service, account management, membership services, business development, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience with databases or CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel periodically to member locations, events, conferences, and activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource and relationship manager for current and prospective members.
• Help organizations maximize the value of their membership by connecting them to MRA’s services.
• Identify solutions to meet business needs and build long-term partnerships.
• Engage members and support business development, membership recruitment/retention, and customer service.
• Operate in a hybrid role with office-based work plus virtual and in-person member interactions across the assigned territory.
