MRA - The Management Association in Wisconsin seeks a Member Relations Advisor to serve as trusted resource and relationship manager for current and prospective members. You will connect members to MRA’s services, drive business development, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a hybrid role across our Wisconsin venues including Waukesha, La Crosse, Eau Claire, and Wausau.

This position offers flexible arrangements and a path to professional growth within a member-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years in customer service, account management, membership services, business development, sales, or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience with databases or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource and relationship manager for current and prospective members.
• Help organizations maximize value of membership by connecting them to MRA's services and solutions.
• Engage in member outreach, business development, and customer service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Travel periodically to member locations and events across assigned territory.
