Job summary

Oportun is seeking a Full-Time Member Loyalty Representative to provide exceptional service, process transactions, and engage in community outreach to educate members about affordable financial services. The role emphasizes bilingual communication, outreach activities, and teamwork in a store environment.

The position requires weekend availability, reliable attendance, and the ability to work outdoors for outreach.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required and customer-facing communication
Outgoing and sales-driven with a passion for helping members
Able to work weekends and flexible shifts; dependable attendance
Willingness to do outdoor outreach and community events
Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and use basic office tech

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members with a warm, service-first approach
Process transactions accurately while safeguarding member information
Work independently or in teams to meet daily lending and servicing goals
Educate and engage potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach at stores and events
Maintain store cleanliness and basic administrative tasks while in the role
