Oportun is seeking bilingual Member Loyalty Representatives to deliver exceptional service at store locations and during outreach events. You will welcome members, process transactions, and educate communities about affordable financial services.

The role involves in-store work, community outreach, and occasional travel between locations. Flexibility to work weekends, outdoor duties, and the ability to engage with diverse customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Must have reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work jointly with team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach activities at stores, partner locations, and community events to educate about Oportun’s services.
• Assist with applications and guide potential members through the process.
