Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience as a medical assistant, office assistant or equivalent.
• Must reside in Oklahoma and be able to work in a 24/7 center, 40 hours per week.

• Handle calls from members or providers; document information in Aetna systems.
• Verify eligibility, COB, and benefits; communicate with care teams and case managers.
