Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help evaluate, improve, and train AI models that touch clinical workflows, EHR systems, and health data. This remote, hourly contract role suits nurses who want to shape healthcare AI while maintaining flexible scheduling.

You'll review AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, annotate EHR scenarios, and provide actionable feedback to training teams. Prior AI experience isn't required; clinical expertise matters most.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with informatics exposure.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong ability to evaluate clinical accuracy and identify documentation/workflow issues.
• Clear written communication, able to explain complex clinical concepts simply.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• No prior AI experience required — clinical expertise matters most.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing workflows

Who You Are
